Candia Author presentation

Candia Author, Tom DiMaggio, will come to speak about his new book: A Winter Way of Life, and his long and successful life with his sled dog teams.

Tom DiMaggio has lived in Candia for 48 years and been training and racing sled dogs for more than 49 years.

He has been the president of the New England Sled Dog Club and is currently

 the President of the NH Mushers Association which is dedicated to keeping the trails

open for mushers. Tom is also the chairmen of NH trails advisory committee.

In writing this book “A Winter Way of Life” he tells about the family experience in

racing and training sled dogs.
